DIRECTOR & CHAIRMAN, BOARD MEMBER

Over 40 years experience. Senior financial services management roles held in Europe and Asia Pacific on buy-side, sell-side and with asset owners. BSc (Hons) Banking and Finance.

TAK SUGAHARA

BOARD ADVISOR & HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Over 40 years experience. Senior management roles at global Banks. Created Japan SBL market. Built/ran low latency DMA, electronic trading, PB, and finance desks in the US and APAC. BSc. Computer Science.

DEAN BOYLE

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Over 30 years multi-country experience in Financial Markets: back & middle office systems, trading ops, prime brokerage, DMA trading, HFT operations and ULL trading network hardware vendor. Previously held position of Psonic Chief Operations Officer.

TASS KARAGIANNIS

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Over 30 years experience in Financial Markets experience as a CFO. Director of Finance at a network hardware company. General Manager at a large transportation entity. CPA, Grad Dip Finance & Investment, Grad Dip Financial Planning, BEc.

IAN MCLEOD

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Over 20 years experience in Financial Markets including the development of high performance trading hardware & software systems. Held CTO & senior engineering leadership roles at previous employment in Chicago and Sydney.
